Nine multimedia modules with text-to-speech

On the 27th and 28th of October, the final coordination meeting of the “LLP – KA2 Languages”-project “TST-ID” (E-learning modules enhancing Intercultural Dialogue and integrating Speech and Language Technology) took place in Bukarest (RO). The consortium of this project consists of partners from Slovakia (Univerzita Komenskeho, Bratislava ), Romania (Universitatea din Bucuresti), Turkey (Marmara) and Belgium (CTL-Universiteit Hasselt and Polytechnique, Mons ). At the beginning of next year, TST-ID will provide multimedia modules for the A1-A2 levels of the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages, thus for ‘full beginners’. Following language combinations will be put at the disposal of the users:

The latest technologies have been used in these modules, such as text-to-speech. An exclusive agreement has been made with CommArt International for the marketing and distribution of the TST-ID modules.
