The CommArt modules in the professional press
Several contributions that explain how to work efficiently with the new electronic CommArt modules have recently come about. Given their specific didactics, summarized in the “new method of learning”, it is sometimes difficult for lecturers who are used to the traditional learning methods to know how they can work (efficiently) with fully electronic modules.
The new method of learning does indeed presuppose a new classroom organization, gives learners, who are henceforth responsible for their learning processes, considerable autonomy and attributes an entirely new role to lecturers, who are now called tutors or coaches. Learners will take more pleasure in learning, because they can learn according to their own preferences (or learning style). Lecturers for their part can fully valorize their specific expertise both as a pedagogue by encouraging and reprimanding as well as as a language expert by giving personalized feedback and by following up creative exercises such as conversations, role plays, presentations, essays, etc.
