The CommArt learning model, a didactic concept in three phases

The CommArt learning model benefits at the most from the autonomy of the learners, i.e. their learning motivation and discipline. Therefor it maximizes the use of the most appropriate technologies. Finally it valorizes fully the specific expertise of the coach as a linguistic expert, as a stimulator and as a group psychologist.

In a first phase, the learner, fully autonomous, goes through the CommArt module. All necessary instruments are at his disposal (basic text or dialogue, audio, exercises and theory, a smart dictionary). He works at his own rhythm and at the for him most convenient moments. When some major difficulties are on his way, he can ask help from his peers or from his coach. Tracking of his learning efforts can be done via the registration icon at the top of the screen: . This allows him to label exercises and theory in three ways, i.e."known", "not well known" or "still to do".

Finally he'll practise the newly acquired knowledge in real-life simulations either oral or written, but under the supervision of the coach. On request, the latter can have tracking and dashboards. This allows him to closely monitor the learning efforts of his students. See "Online Tracking-Dashboards-Coaching".
